ASARO
1 Yam tuber (get from African Grocery Store)
Tomatoes (1.5 pounds)
Eggs
Dried Fish/ Meat/ Corned Beef
Palm oil (see local African Grocery store)
Onion
Salt
Pepper (3 Bell peppers!!!! –hot hot hot)
Cut the yam up into cubes (about 1 inch on each side).
Rinse the yams. Place them in a large pot with enough water to cook them.
(Remove stem) then Grind the tomatoes and peppers and add to already boiling mixture.
Then add sliced/diced onions, salt, and pepper. Then add meat or fish.
Cook until the yams are soft enough to eat (Think baked potatoes).
Mix the contents of the pot to get a good distribution.
Eat as a side or as a meal.
My Candid Opinion, Sir Kandi.
